ABOUT
Xenia Demo is the founder of Moox+Haddon Studio, which she launched in 2009 with a passion for thoughtful, strategic design. She leads the creative direction and execution of projects for a wide range of clients—from corporations, government agencies, school districts to nonprofits and small businesses—bringing a collaborative, process-driven approach to every engagement. Her work spans brand development, marketing communications, typography, events, collateral, and corporate identity systems.
Xenia earned her B.A. in Visual Communications Design from Kent State University and remains deeply committed to supporting the next generation of designers. As a mentor, she shares her experience through speaking engagements, portfolio reviews and internships, helping emerging creatives find their voice and direction.
Outside the studio, Xenia’s energy shifts to family and community. She spends her time with her two sons, teaches cardio dance fitness, strength and mobility classes, and finds joy in gardening—a balance that continues to inspire both her life and her work.
